Lakadong Turmeric Powder has a high curcumin content of 6–9%, making it extremely superior. Curcumin is the component present in turmeric that gives it its bright yellow color and its incredible properties. Our special turmeric variety comes from West Jaintia Hills, Meghalaya. Lakadong turmeric can be used for cooking, making turmeric milk, or being added to any drink or protein shake. You can also have it with hot water, lemon juice, and a pinch of black pepper (for better curcumin absorption) first thing in the morning to boost your immunity.
